You Make Me Happy

For this card, I used a flirty flamingo base that is 4 1/4 x 11 and scored it at 5 1/2. I then embossed a layer of white using the Painted Texture 3D embossing folder. 

The next step was to add the rainbow layers which are cut from the free Sunshine and Rainbows Designer Series Paper. 

I finished it off by adding clouds to the base of the rainbow pieces and a sentiment banner that said "You Make Me Happy". You can see the measurements below. You can also follow along with the video.

Flirty Flamingo card stock 4-1/4 inches x 11 inches; then scored at 5-1/2" Basic White card stock 4 x 5 1/4 inches Scrap pieces for clouds Sunshine and Rainbows Designer Series Paper scraps in whatever color scheme you wish!
